Sauteed vegetables with soy and curry

The vegetables are cut into cubes of the same size but the eggplant and zucchini are cut thinner to penetrate better. Eggplant is cleaned "pajamas", leave a little peel. I did that too. it was just good that I didn't have such beautiful peppers and carrots, I think next time I won't put potatoes in it and I won't boil it for another 25 minutes, because before it was super good-looking and super tasty.
