In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt, sugar, baking powder and grated lemon peel. Add the egg, diced butter and lemon juice. Knead all together until the dough is compact and quite hard.
Spread the dough in a sheet about half a centimeter thick. Cut the biscuits into a round shape with a diameter of 3 cm.
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, place the biscuits in it and cover for a few minutes with a lid. The biscuits will grow nicely, then take the lid off and let it fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
When removed from the pan, quickly roll in powdered sugar, then place on a plate to cool.
They are very good in the evening with a cup of warm milk or in the morning for coffee.
