We use a small round tray 17-20 cm.

On the bottom of the tray we put baking paper, then all around and on the bottom of the tray we place biscuits syruped in the juice from the pear baking.

Put the gelatin soaked in 2-3 tablespoons of water and leave for about 10 minutes.
