Yes, the top of this pizza is not fluffy and soft, like the classic one, instead it is more filling and safer for the figure and for the blood sugar level. It's also called a countertop "Zero carb", and the pizza made with it, mine.Instead of chicken breast, you can use beef or mixed with pork.

For a 4-serving pizza

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 50 g of race parmesan
