I received this recipe from a friend, her name is Loris Georgiana from Timisoara, but she lives in Germany. I saw the presentation on Facebook and on its page and I really liked it. I asked her to give me the recipe and here I am today, I put it into practice. It is a dough based on sweet cheese and the finished product is used as an appetizer, entree. It's bunnnnnnnnnnn !!

  • 500 gr sweet cheese
  • 200 gr margarine frame
  • 300 gr flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 gr cheese (I added)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (I added)

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

METHOD OF PREPARING THE RECIPE Pepelle:

In a bowl put flour, mix with baking powder and salt, then rub well with margarine. Add the sweet cheese and the yolks, knead well and put in the cold (necessarily) until the next day. Then the next day we take the dough, we spread it to a thickness of about 2 cm. With a brush grease with beaten egg, sprinkle grated cheese with a glass or if you have different patterns cut and place in a greased tray lined with baking paper. Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake until well browned.
